Do you support buyers outside EU, US, MENA, and SEA?

Yes. Those four regions are our core service zones with local field support. Buyers elsewhere are supported remotely with regional logistics partners.

What information should I include in a first inquiry?

Payload (kg), reach (mm), cycle time (s), application (e.g. arc welding, palletizing, pick-and-place), operating environment (clean room, food-grade, washdown), and target deployment date. A simple cell layout sketch shortens the quoting cycle by several days.
